All new members are required to have at least 1 Otherworlder to become a member of the group, so please do always check out that part first, and keep the following details in mind.
And always post in the #reservations channel first before making your character, so that we’ll be able to limit certain roles in case there’s too much already.
Other than that, a drawn application always requires a fullbody that reflects their appearance and usual outfit - which should fit the fantasy settings of the group - , a headshot/bustshot, as well as some information about them (Name, Age, Role). Feel free to add some props or special effects around the app (like gradient overlay, recoloring). You are also free to use an adopt or request a commission for the drawn application, as long as they know where you're going to use it, and credit is given.

Feel free to do your app wherever you want (TH, DA, Gdocx, etc.). And once you're finished, post your app in the #app-checks channel. We'll send you a dm for any comments and if the app is all good. Accepted apps are then posted in #database channel.

And before we get to the information required in an application, please take note of the following whenever making the app to ensure your application will be easily accepted, and to make our checking process easier.

For current members, make sure that you have an Extra Otherworlder or Native in the inventory before making reservations (or purchase it at the shop at the very least)

Members are allowed to enter new characters any time even when the group is closed, but do make sure the item is present or bought already.

List or highlight your character’s main personality and indicate the positive, negative and neutral ones

While it ismentioned that you can put the personality in bullet or paragraph form, it will certainly make things easier if they are highlighted as well and it is indicated if they are positive, negative or neutral. We do check if they meet the minimum number requirement.

Please make sure that the listed personality will align on their history/background, and that none of them would contradict one another.

It definitely does make things confusing if the character had a patient and impatient personality, which are obviously contradicting words.

We also check if the history/background works with the personality. Or we don’t think it makes sense if the character is portrayed to be genuinely very kind to others all throughout, then we see a rude in the personality

Please make sure that you don’t give your character a very terrible or intense negative personality

This would include manipulative, ruthless, violent, etc. (mainly one that could cause harm to other characters in various aspects) It’s fine if the character is rude, and such. And while it could be unavoidable to not follow this part, it’s fine and we are willing to make suggestions for their personality (basing off on others that have been written or making the listed personality milder), or you can change it to something else yourself

I’m sorry if this part felt restricting, but we have to make sure that the character is not causing trouble for others or making others very uncomfortable.

In case some possibly uncomfortable themes are presented in the character’s story, please don’t forget to put a TW tag on the top.

It’s fine if that character has a somewhat dark story

But it is most likely that we will have a discussion if they have a very very dark story and it is explicitly stated that they’ve done sour things in the past. We may ask you to downplay this one, or remove, or rewrite the whole history if this happens, (especially if this is just the literal main point of their background/history)

For the current Otherworlders, do make note that everyone came from the same present and current earth (minus the pandemic)

So feel free to hc with other characters that they may have met in the past already or back on Earth.

Main Notes for the inventory

It could be anything, except for any advance technologies (as they are not brought over in Mystique Town)

Please make sure that your character is fully clothed to not make others uncomfortable when drawing them.

Though being topless is not necessarily considered nsfw, just to make sure everyone is comfortable, when it comes to future character designs--especially when it comes to their canonical everyday wear, we ask to please make sure they are fully and properly clothed. One off outfits such as swimsuits for summer, fantasy designs (mermaids, satyrs, etc) or even bath-house scenes are alright to be still drawn and submitted in moderation however.

Please do make sure for the fullbody app that no nipples are showing, the female’s outfit isn’t very revealing, and they aren’t just wearing an underwear (but as mentioned, they can still be drawn in moderation and submitted in the group, as long as it’s not NSFW of course. This Is just not allowed for the character reference in the drawn application)

OTHERWORLDER'S APPLICATION
The Otherworlder finds themselves waking up in a strange place, a bleak white odd room, with a single table as its furniture, where they are sitting on. The first person who comes to greet them was an angel, asking whether they're doing alright, and assuring them that they aren't alone with suddenly finding themselves in a different world.

Waking up in the Shrine, the Otherworlder is now a villager of Mystique Town, with a possibility that they had lost a portion of their past back in Earth.
A normal human from Earth who got transported in a different world of fantasy. There had been old records that depicts of their appearance on ancient times, but no one was certain that they existed until today.

Their language is vastly different from the common tongue in Town of Mystique's world, but thanks to Aquarius's blessings, they should be able to understand and talk in the language. Otherworlders are still capable of using their original language as well, but natives wouldn't be able to understand them.
Current Otherworlders may be a former college student, a worker in a company, etc., but one thing they have in common is that their life has definitely changed completely now. The day the Otherworlders arrived on Mystique town would depend on the day the app was accepted (based on the Mystique Town's calendar)
At the moment, all Otherworlders reside in Mystique Town.

However, there are some otherworlders who may have received some issues when they were transferred and are suffering amnesia, so for these situations, feel free to omit what their younger years were like, and simply briefly describe their experiences in Mystique Town.
